热毒宁注射液联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗重症手足口病的疗效分析

　　[摘要] 目的 觀察热毒宁注射液联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗重症手足口病的疗效。方法 随机筛选该院于2014年5月—2017年5月期间诊疗的重症手足口病患儿84例，按照病历号单偶数的差异，将患儿分为两组各42例，即单药组和联合组。单药组患儿给予热毒宁注射液单药治疗，联合组患儿给予热毒宁注射液联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗，对比分析两组患儿临床疗效。结果 单药组患儿治疗总有效率为66.67%，联合组患儿治疗总有效率为95.24%，即两组患儿治疗总有效率数据对比中，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。联合组患儿疱疹消失时间为（6.14±1.77）d、食欲恢复正常时间为（2.68±0.82）d、体温恢复正常时间为（3.33±0.90）d、腹泻消失时间为（2.44±0.68）d；单药组患儿疱疹消失时间为（7.44±1.63）d、食欲恢复正常时间为（3.64±0.68）d、体温恢复正常时间为（3.99±0.81）d、腹泻消失时间为（4.01±1.42）d，即联合组患儿症状消失时间均较短于单药组，即两组患儿症状消失时间对比中，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 热毒宁注射液联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片在重症手足口病救治中，具有治疗总有效率高的特点，能够显著改善患儿临床症状，存在临床价值。

　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to observe the effect of Reduning injection combined with live bacillus coagulans tablets in the treatment of severe hand foot mouth disease. Methods 84 cases were randomly selected in the department from May 2014 to May 2017 during the diagnosis and treatment of severe HFMD patients， according to the difference of the medical record number of single and even， children were divided into two groups， each of 42 cases， namely single medicine group and combination group. The single drug group was given Reduning injection monotherapy， the combination group was given Reduning injection combined with live bacillus coagulans tablets， and the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In the single drug group， the total effective rate was 66.67%， in combination group the total efficiency of 95.24%，the difference was statistically significant in the two groups of the total efficiency（P<0.05）. In the combination group， the time of herpes was（6.14±1.77）d， and the normal time of appetite recovery was（2.68±0.82）d，and the normal time of recovery was （3.33±0.90）d，and the time of diarrhea disappeared was（2.44±0.68）d. Single drug groups of children with herpes disappear time was（7.44±1.63）d， appetite returns to normal time of（3.64±0.68）d，body temperature returned to normal time was（3.99±0.81）d， diarrhea disappeared time was （4.01±1.42）d，namely the combination group of children with symptoms disappear time were shorter than the single drug group， namely the comparison of two groups of children with symptoms disappear time was statistical significantly different（P<0.05）. Conclusion Reduning injection combined with live bacillus coagulans tablets in the treatment of severe HFMD， with a high total effective rate， which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms with the clinical value.
