前列清汤联合西药治疗湿热下注型慢性细菌性前列腺炎的效果

　　[摘要]目的 观察前列清汤联合抗生素及坦索罗辛治疗湿热下注型慢性细菌性前列腺炎的效果。方法 选取2012年5月～2016年6月我院男科门诊收治的湿热下注型慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者80例，随机分为治疗组，对照组，各40例。两组均口服抗生素及坦索罗辛，治疗组加服前列清汤，疗程为4周。结果 两组治疗后中医症状积分与本组治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组治疗后的中医症状积分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组的总有效率为95.0%，对照组为67.5%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义 （P<0.05）。结论 前列清汤联合抗生素及坦索罗辛治疗湿热下注型慢性细菌性前列腺炎可以较好地降低中医症状积分，改善患者的临床症状，提高疗效，且明显优于单纯西药治疗。

　　Effect of Qianlieqing Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis with the type of downward flow of damp-heat

　　[Abstract]Objective To observe the effect of Qianlieqing Decoction combined with antibiotics and tamsulosin in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis with the type of downward flow of damp-heat.Methods From May 2012 to June 2016，80 patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis with the type of downward flow of damp-heat admitted into the department of andrology in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group，with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given orally antibiotics and Tamsulosin.The treatment group was further given Qianlieqing Decoction.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results There was a significant difference in TCM symptom score in the two groups after treatment compared with those before the treatment （P<0.05）.The score of TCM symptom in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95%，and the control group was 67.5%，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Qianlieqing Decoction combined with antibiotics and Tamsulosin in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis with the type of downward flow of damp-heat can better reduce TCM symptom score，improve clinical symptom of patients and improve the curative effect，which is significantly superior to the simple western medicine treatment.

　　慢性前列腺炎是男性最常見的疾病之一，其发病率为5%～16%，多见于性活动频繁的青壮年人群[1]。据报道，在一生中有50%的男性有过慢性前列腺炎的症状，并因此而就医。由于前列腺炎的病因复杂，病程较长，复发率高，对部分患者的日常工作和生活造成严重影响。美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）根据前列腺炎的基础研究和临床研究情况将前列腺炎分为4个类型，其中慢性细菌性前列腺炎（Ⅱ型）的发病约占各类前列腺炎的5%～8%[2]，临床上大多采用抗生素及α-受体阻滞剂治疗，但单纯西药治疗往往达不到满意的效果。中医药治疗前列腺炎的历史悠久，具有独特优势。本研究以“中医辨证”“西医辨病”相结合，采用前列清汤联合西药治疗湿热下注型慢性细菌性前列腺炎，并与单纯西药治疗进行比较，现报道如下。
