氟比洛芬酯联合舒芬太尼用于腹腔镜全宫切除术术后镇痛的效果

　　[摘要]目的 探讨氟比洛芬酯联合舒芬太尼用于腹腔镜全宫切除术术后镇痛的效果。方法 选取我院2015年5月～2016年7月行腹腔镜全宫切除术患者200例，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组100例。对照组患者术后给予舒芬太尼、氟哌利多镇痛，研究组患者在对照组基础上加用氟比洛芬酯镇痛。采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）对两组患者术后1、4、8、16、24、48 h镇痛情况进行评分，并观察不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者术后1、4、8、16、24、48 h的VAS评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者的头晕、皮肤瘙痒、呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐和消化道溃疡等不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 氟比洛芬酯联合舒芬太尼用于腹腔镜全宫切除术术后镇痛效果显著，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

　　Effect of Flurbiprofen Axetil combined with Sufentanil on postoperative analgesia in laparoscopic total hysterectomy

　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of Flurbiprofen Axetil combined with Sufentanil on postoperative analgesia in laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 200 patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016 were selected as research objects.All of the patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group，with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given Sufentanil and Droperidol analgesia，and the patients in the study group were treated with Flurbiprofen Axetil on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale （VAS） of the two groups were evaluated at 1，4，8，16，24，48 h，and the adverse reactions were observed.Results The VAS scores of the study group at 1，4，8，16，24，48 h were significantly lower than those in the control group，with significant difference （P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions such as dizziness，pruritus，respiratory depression，nausea，vomiting and gastrointestinal ulcer in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Flurbiprofen Axetil combined with Sufentanil for postoperative analgesia in laparoscopic total hysterectomy is effective and less adverse reactions，so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

　　隨着环境及生活方式的改变，妇科疾病发病率呈逐步上升趋势，患者因患子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜增生等疾病，需进行全子宫切除治疗[1]。目前，临床常采用腹腔镜全宫切除术治疗，该术式具有腹部伤口小、住院时间短等优点，但因患者全子宫切除，手术创伤大，术后疼痛剧烈，严重影响患者生活质量，因此良好的术后镇痛效果对患者具有重要意义。临床常采用舒芬太尼镇痛，该药具有肠溶性强，起效快等特点，但舒芬太尼作用于中枢神经系统，易积蓄，不良反应较多，长期使用可致上瘾[2]。研究显示，氟比洛芬酯具有良好的镇痛效果，不良反应少，术后可立即使用[3]。本研究选取我院行腹腔镜全宫切除术患者作为研究对象，探讨氟比洛芬酯联合舒芬太尼用于术后镇痛的效果，现将结果报道如下。
