流产后避孕咨询与教育对人工流产后妇女避孕行为的影响评价

　　[摘要]目的 探讨在人工流产术后患者服务中加入避孕咨询与教育服务的应用效果，讨论其临床应用价值。方法 选取2016年3月～2017年2月我院收治的500例人工流產患者作为研究对象，按照患者就诊序号的单双号将其分为对照组和实验组，每组各250例。对照组患者采用常规诊疗方式，实验组患者在常规诊疗的基础上加入避孕咨询与教育服务。治疗完成后比较两组患者的重复流产率及焦虑（SAS）与抑郁（SDS）评分。结果 实验组的重复流产率为0.80%，明显低于对照组的8.40%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组诊疗后的SDS与SAS评分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对人工流产术后患者避孕咨询与教育服务有助于提升患者的心理素质，安抚患者的不良情绪，提高服务满意度，同时能提高患者的避孕意识，降低重复流产率，能够在临床上发挥重要意义，值得在临床上推广应用。

　　Impact assessment of contraceptive counseling and education after abortion on women′s contraceptive behavior

　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of contraceptive counseling and education service adding in the service of patients after abortion，and to discuss the clinical application value.Methods From March 2016 to February 2017，500 abortion patients treated in our hospital were eolled as research object.According to the odd/even number，they were evenly divided into the control group and the experimental group，250 cases in each group.In the control group，conventional therapy was used，while in the experimental group，contraceptive counseling and education on the basis of the conventional treatment was added.The repeated abortion rate after therapy scores of self-rating depression scale SDS and self-rating anxiety scale was compared.Results In the experimental group，the rate of repeated abortion was 0.80%，which was significantly lower than 8.40% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.The and SAS in the experimental group were much lower than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Contraceptive counseling and education for patients after abortion is helpful to improve the psychological quality，appease the negative emotions，and increase service satisfaction.Meanwhile，it can improve patient′s contraceptive awareness and decrease the repeated abortion rate，and play great role in clinic，which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

　　人工流产是指对意外妊娠或胎儿异常等原因的妇女采用手术方式终止妊娠[1]。人工流产不仅可能对女性的身体造成影响，更可能给受术者带来巨大的心理压力[2]，所以，临床需要积极采取针对性较高的措施对人工流产后妇女进行有效的干预。一直以来，常规服务都是我国临床上比较重要的一个护理模式，虽已取得了较好的成效，但在医疗技术越来越先进以及人们的自我保健意识越来越高的今天，传统的护理模式已经不能够满足患者对临床护理的基本需求，因此，还应为患者选择一种更加具有经济可行性的护理手段。相关研究显示，于人流后妇女接受常规护理服务期间，对其加用避孕咨询以及教育服务，可有效改善其心理状态，降低重复流产率，提高预后效果[3]。本研究选取我院收治的500例人工流产患者作为研究对象，采用避孕咨询与教育服务对其进行服务，取得了一定的效果，现报道如下。
